Sales Consultant / Technical Specialist

As a Sales Consultant / Technical Specialist at Graphite, it is your responsibility to provide a memorable experience with Graphite, the Apple brand, and all of the corresponding accessories. Our customers will depend on you to help them choose the right products that fit their needs and make sure they are comfortable using the technology. Graphite is dedicated to providing the best possible Apple product ownership experience.

Along with our service and support staff, you will make sure your customers questions are answered and their concerns addressed. Being prepared through education and listening to your customers needs will be the cornerstone to ensuring our customers have a memorable experience. Your success is key to customers becoming a loyal Graphite customer.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience and familiarity with Apple products and an eagerness to continually learn more about new technologies, product specifications, and user features
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences
  • Ability to learn and operate our point of sale and customer management systems
  • Strong and effective communication skills with customers and coworkers

Description

As a sales professional at Graphite, you will be focused on asking well crafted questions to uncover your customers needs and then recommend the best solutions. You will be the person that greets the customer, advises them on purchases, checks them out at the point of sale, helps them set up their new products, and provide after the sale support as needed.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers receive outstanding service, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and providing appropriate recommendations
  • Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
  • Assist in merchandising and general housekeeping
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Process sales through point of sale system
  • Any other tasks assigned by Graphite Management

Requirements

  • Have strong people skills, good listening skills, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Study, achieve, and maintain certain levels of aptitude on Apple Sales Training Online
  • Be passionate about Apple and eager to share that passion with others
  • Embrace and provide the Graphite experience
  • Show up dependably and on time
