Graphite Return Policy

Graphite reserves the right to decline any return or exchange for any reason. 

Any returns or exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Unopened Products 

Returns for a product in the original box with the original receipt are accepted within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase for a full refund.

Opened Products 

Returns for opened products within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase.  Original box, packaging, and receipt are accepted at the discretion of Graphite. 

A 20% restocking fee will apply. 

Special Orders

Special orders for non-stock items must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Orders for in-stock products must have a 50% deposit paid when the order is placed. Special Order items are not accepted for return.
